Program Overview:

The Locad GLP offers an immersive experience in various business functions through four rotations, each lasting six months. Participants will work directly with Founders, Country Leads, and Function Heads to drive key projects and initiatives. An overseas assignment in one of our key markets is also included, providing international exposure.

Program Details:

• Duration: 24 months, with four rotations of six months each.
• Performance Evaluation: Evaluations will be conducted every six months in the first year and annually thereafter.
• Overseas Assignment: Eligible candidates will be assigned overseas for six months during the second year.
• Outcome: Eligibility for a Manager role upon successful completion of the 24-month period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage key projects and initiatives from inception to completion.
• Rotate through four assignments, spending the first three rotations in assigned functions and the final rotation in a function of your choice.
• Collaborate with Function Heads, Country Leads, and the Founders’ Office to drive important projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Own and lead work streams including change management and handover to responsible departments.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, STEM, or related fields.
