What you'll focus on
Operations and Performance

  • Develop and maintain metrics/KPIs, reports, process documentation.
  • Ensure an efficient warehouse operation which can fulfil orders within agreed SLA's across several warehouse lcoations.
  • Efficiency plan and coordination of administrative activities to ensure accuracy results in all aspects of operations from Order creation to order fulfillment.
  • Ensure continuous review and improvement of operational processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Oversee daily monitoring efforts to ensure productivity objectives meet company/departmental standards.
  • Arrange daily/weekly meetings with warehouse partners as appropriate to review overall warehouse performance.
  • Ensure process of tracking and maintaining productivity standards for each Ops Executive/ Associates.
  • Make sure that SOPs are always followed and utilizing appropriate methods.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Internal and External stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.

People Management

  • Coach, manage and develop Ops Executive/ Associates to optimize performance and meet targets and deadlines.
  • Set department objectives/KPIs and review and assess on-going performance of direct reports.

Customer Service

  • Responding to External and Internal queries via FreshDesk.

Strategy and Development

  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice warehouse, strategy, processes and improve operational performance
What you bring
  • Experience in either B2C or B2B fulfilment.
  • Experience in a supervisory or managerial role in warehouse operations.
  • Data-driven mindset.
  • Confident decision-making at all levels.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills coupled with the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels within the business
  • Ability to build, lead and motivate a skills team able to meet objectives and agreed targets.
