What you'll focus on
Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and manage a content pipeline focused on core themes such as warehousing, supply chain, logistics, e-commerce, shipping, and fulfilment.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor strategies to identify content gaps.
  • Understand the needs, challenges, and interests of our target audience to craft high-converting content strategies.
  • Ensure the timely and consistent delivery of content across multiple platforms.
Content Creation and Management:
  • Perform SEO keyword research to create compelling content that aligns with search intent.
  • Produce high-quality content in various formats, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, case studies, white papers, and social media posts.
  • Develop outlines, briefs, and SOPs, and collaborate with external content creators, freelancers, agencies, and guest bloggers.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, maintains a consistent tone of voice, and follows SEO best practices to enhance organic search visibility.
  • Coordinate with regional stakeholders to develop promotional materials for events and trade shows, amplifying brand visibility.
Content Distribution and Promotion:
  • Repurpose content for promotion across different formats and social media channels.
  • Execute content promotion through email marketing campaigns, influencer outreach, and support for paid campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, engagement, lead generation) to optimize content strategies.
Content Performance and Analytics:
  • Identify geographical trends and translate search patterns into increased site visits.
  • Review content performance and implement quick fixes to enhance organic sessions.
  • Assess visitor engagement and apply SEO best practices to improve content performance.
  • Analyze sales-qualified leads (SQLs) and inbound lead engagement to develop effective demand-generation playbooks.
What you bring
  • 2-3 years of experience in content writing and marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
  • Proven ability to create and manage high-quality content across various formats and platforms.
  • Excellent research, writing, and editing skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including email marketing, social media, and influencer outreach.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
