- Funnel Conversion Rates
- Initiatives:
- Demand generation programs
- Pipeline acceleration strategies
- Account/lead nurturing & handover processes
Channel Management
- Activate, optimize, and scale paid & organic marketing channels.
- Current landscape: SEO & Google Ads—plenty of room for expansion!
- Paid Channels: Google, YouTube, Baidu, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, WeChat, and review platforms.
- Organic Channels: Website, SEO, LLMs, email, Quora, Reddit, and more.
- Key Metrics: CAC, Channel ROI, and Channel Mix Optimization.
ABM & Campaign Management
- Define & execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies targeting high-value enterprise clients.
- Key Metrics: Enterprise Revenue Share & Key Account Engagement.
- Initiatives:
- Sales-Marketing alignment (ABM playbooks, TAU & TAL frameworks).
- Account intelligence & prioritization.
- Multi-channel, personalized engagement campaigns.
Marketing ROI & Performance Optimization
- Ensure a healthy LTV: CAC ratio and optimize marketing performance.
- Key Metrics: Marketing-Attributable Revenue, CAC, and Marketing ROI.
- Initiatives:
- Multi-channel attribution modelling.
- Conversion rate optimization.
- Marketing tech stack optimization for automation & efficiency.
People Management & Support
- Direct reports: 1-2 team members (post-ramp-up).
