What you'll focus on

Data Management: Maintain files and trackers for accurate records.

Performance Reporting: Compile weekly performance updates from Metabase for service metrics analysis.

Process Documentation: Document Customer Success processes to improve team efficiency.

Courier Status Assistance: Track courier parcels with Locad and partner carriers, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.

Internal Follow-Ups: Support internal follow-ups to ensure task and project progress.

What you bring
  • Has strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting

  • Has excellent English proficiency and communication skills

  • Has effective time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  • Is detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work

  • Has the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
