What you'll focus on
Sales & CRM Operations
Own and manage the day-to-day configuration and maintenance of HubSpot CRM
Ensure clean, structured pipelines and accurate data across leads, deals, and accounts
Improve workflows across SQL stages, routing rules, and assignment logic
Provide sales teams with performance dashboards, pipeline insights, and weekly updates
Create scalable processes to track account penetration and contact engagement
Reporting & Analytics
Deliver key performance reports on metrics like SQL-to-close rates, win rates, funnel conversions, and sales activities
Analyze the sales funnel and recommend improvements to increase conversion
Build real-time dashboards for internal leadership and board-level reporting
Tooling & Automation
Optimise integrations between sales tools (e.g., HubSpot ↔ Instantly, LinkedIn, etc.)
Identify inefficiencies in workflows and automate them using tools like Zapier
Evaluate, test, and onboard new tools (for enrichment, sequencing, or call intelligence)
Cross-Functional GTM Collaboration
Collaborate with Marketing on lead scoring, campaign attribution, and performance feedback
Partner with Customer Success on metrics like NRR, onboarding velocity, and upsell triggers
Support Sales Leadership with pipeline forecasting and tracking compensation
