Warehouse Performance & Operations Control (60%)
- Monitor and analyze daily warehouse performance across receiving, putaway, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, and inventory accuracy using Logiwa WMS.
- Ensure data integrity within Logiwa, including transaction accuracy, stock reconciliation, bin management, and troubleshooting system discrepancies.
- Track and report operational KPIs such as order accuracy, SLA adherence, productivity rate, inventory variance, and turnaround time via Metabase dashboards.
- Build, maintain, and optimize warehouse performance dashboards in Metabase to provide real-time operational visibility.
- Identify operational bottlenecks through data analysis and propose structured, data-driven improvement initiatives.
- Conduct root cause analysis for operational deviations (e.g., SLA misses, inventory discrepancies, mis-picks).
- Support cost efficiency initiatives by analyzing labor productivity, space utilization, and process cycle times.
Stakeholder & Performance Support (40%)
- Collaborate closely with Warehouse Supervisors and Customer Success teams to ensure SLA performance is consistently met.
- Analyze brand-level performance metrics (fulfillment accuracy, aging orders, return rates) and provide actionable insights.
- Investigate operational-related escalations and provide structured reports supported by Logiwa system data.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries using Metabase and Excel for management review.
- Support cross-functional coordination with transportation, finance (invoicing validation), and regional teams to ensure operational alignment.
Experience & Knowledge
- 2–4 years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain analytics, or logistics environments.
- Hands-on experience with Logiwa WMS (or similar WMS platforms) including reporting and transaction monitoring.
- Experience building or maintaining dashboards in Metabase (or similar BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of warehouse workflows, inventory control, and fulfillment operations.
- Familiar with continuous improvement frameworks (Lean, 5S, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis).
- Strong data manipulation skills in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookup functions, basic formulas).
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Certification in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or Warehouse Operations is a plus.

- Strong analytical and data interpretation capability.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in system monitoring.
- Ability to translate raw operational data into structured insights and recommendations.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with hands-on operational exposure.
- Ownership mindset with strong accountability and follow-through.
