What you'll focus on
HR & Administration
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes: post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
- Provide general HR support by assisting with ongoing projects, employee queries, and documentation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives by helping organize events and collecting feedback.
- Handle administrative tasks as assigned by the country leader to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide translation and communication support for HR documents and business communications.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of cross-functional projects to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Support stakeholder communication and facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
- Track key metrics, prepare reports, and contribute to data-driven decision-making for ongoing initiatives.
- Contribute to the rollout and localization of marketing initiatives and global projects.
- Assist in managing content publication and event organization to enhance brand presence and engagement.
