Our primary focus is on those working in Argentina for US-based companies (then we plan to expand to other countries in LATAM). With a strong track record of pioneering in the fintech space, we're now looking to grow our team in Argentina.

We're looking for a UX/UI Designer, a creative genius who’s passionate about crafting user experiences that are not just functional but also delightful. This role is all about making complex financial transactions feel simple and stress-free for our users in LATAM, helping them steer clear of unnecessary financial burdens like payday loans.

What You’ll Do:

• Design & Delight: Transform our app into a visually appealing and intuitive experience, making financial wellness a joyous journey.
• Empathize & Innovate: Dive deep into the needs and challenges of our users, crafting design solutions that speak directly to their financial aspirations.
• Collaborate & Create: Work closely with developers and product managers to bring your designs to life, ensuring a seamless flow from concept to launch.
• Research & Refine: Stay ahead of design trends and gather feedback to continuously evolve our app, making every interaction better than the last.

What You'll Bring:

• A creative soul with 5+ years in UX/UI design, especially with mobile and web apps.
• Fluent in design tools (think Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping software.
• A team player who thrives in collaborative environments but can also run with a project independently.
• Curious about fintech and driven by the desire to make a real difference in people’s financial lives.
• Excellent at communicating in both English and Spanish, because great ideas need to be understood by everyone.
• Experience in fintech and payments a massive plus!
