What You'll Do

  • Lead impactful product launches: Drive audience strategy, messaging, and communication plans for go-to-market campaigns.
  • Uncover customer insights: Conduct research to guide marketing strategies and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Deliver growth-focused campaigns: Develop and execute initiatives that create measurable business impact.
  • Track and refine performance: Monitor key metrics and continuously optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Own marketing execution: Be hands-on, proactive, and ready to roll up your sleeves to get things done.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a self-starter who’s eager to hustle, learn, and own their role:

  • Experience in marketing, ideally in fintech, crypto, or SMB-focused industries.
  • Strong understanding of fintech or payments industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • A creative storyteller with an analytical mindset.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a test-and-learn approach to ideas and tactics.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
