What you'll do:
- Identify and Connect with Businesses: Build relationships with businesses in Argentina engaged in global trade, focusing on key markets like the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
- Drive Growth: Understand client needs, present tailored financial solutions, and onboard businesses to Loula’s platform, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Expand Loula’s Network: Represent Loula at industry events, trade shows, and through direct outreach to increase visibility and grow our client base.
- Tailor Solutions for Importers and Exporters: Collaborate with product and finance teams to deliver cross-border payment and trade finance solutions that address specific customer challenges.
- Monitor Market Trends: Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings to refine Loula’s strategy.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing and product teams to ensure a seamless client acquisition and engagement process.
What you'll bring:
- Proven Expertise: 3+ years in business development, sales, or client acquisition, ideally in import/export, international trade, or financial services.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with cross-border payments, trade finance, or business-focused financial products is highly desirable.
- Strong Network: Existing relationships with or the ability to quickly connect with importers/exporters in Latin America.
- Bilingual Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English. Proficiency in Portuguese or Mandarin is a plus.
- Ownership Mindset: A proactive self-starter who thrives on taking initiative, working independently, and managing priorities effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to drive results.
- Results-Oriented: A track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets while building long-term client relationships.
