Loula is a fintech that helps Argentine businesses pay suppliers overseas quickly and simply. Good payments mean nothing if the import paperwork is wrong. That’s why we need your customs know-how.

What You’ll Do

• Explain the rules. Teach our team - and our users - the exact steps importers must follow in Argentina (compliance, rules, regulations, restrictions etc.)
• Shape the software. Review our screens, spot gaps, and suggest simpler flows so importers can finish tasks with just a few clicks.
• Advise our customers. Answer importer questions and give clear, practical tips that help them avoid delays and save money.
• Open doors. Introduce us to customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other pros who can test the product or partner with us.

You’re a Great Fit If

• You are a licensed customs broker (Despachante de Aduana) or have 5+ years clearing imports in Argentina.
• You know customs regulation, BCRA FX rules, and other key regulations.
• You can explain complex rules in plain Spanish or English.
• You’re happy to work online with business development, product, ops, and engineering teams.

Nice Extras

• You’ve worked with fintech, payment rails, or crypto transfers.
• You’ve helped digitize customs or import workflows.

Details

• Hours: few hours per week, flexible.
• Contract: flexible, on-need basis.
• Pay: Tell us your hourly or monthly rate.
• Location: Anywhere in Argentina (occasional meetups in Buenos Aires are welcome but not required).
