Product Marketing Manager

At Lovable our ambitious goal is simple - unlock human creativity, by enabling anyone to create software. To solve this, we’re building an AI software engineer which lets anyone create websites and apps using plain english.

Our first version, GPT Engineer, is currently in beta - attracting tens of thousands of organic users with strong engagement and solid revenue growth. We’re looking for our first marketing hire to join the founding team. This role will be instrumental in telling our story, cultivating awareness, and strengthening our product-market fit.

Our users value authenticity over marketese, and working results over false promises so we’re looking for someone who has built products before. You’d be joining a team of serial founders, engineers, and operators with proven track records and backing from the best. We’re in this because we’re passionate about shaping the future of software development, and now is the time.

What we’re looking for

  • A strategic thinker and hands-on executor who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • A track record in successful startups & scale-ups, ideally in AI or or emergent technologies.
  • A natural collaborator, adept at aligning marketing with broader goals, excited to help shape product-market fit as we scale.
  • A highly skilled operator - sales expertise, technical acuity, or ex-founder experience would be beneficial.
  • London or Stockholm location preferred - although we’ll consider remote for exceptional candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Define marketing priorities and lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and key features.
  • Experiment and iterate on messaging, positioning, and ICP validation - continuously analyzing performance and adjusting strategies to maximize impact.
  • Collaborate across teams to align marketing efforts with product roadmaps and sales strategies.
  • Own lifecycle and retention marketing strategies to keep users engaged and satisfied.
  • Work closely with product development to ensure product-market alignment and create self-sustaining growth loops.
  • Lead the expansion of marketing channels, exploring paid and organic growth opportunities.
  • Manage landing pages, press relationships, and wider touchpoints to ensure our story resonates with key audiences.
  • Champion ‘build in public’ initiatives across social media, highlighting milestones, user stories, and product updates.

How to apply & interview process

  1. You must fill out the application form in its entirety. Failure to do so will result in your application being rejected.
  2. Our screening process is simple: An initial exploratory call followed by sharing two case studies of launches or campaigns you led and you’re really proud of.
  3. Paid trial work: After that, we prefer to validate fit through paid trial work. You’ll get a chance to meet the team, work on something real, and we’ll scope project(s) and length together.
