Operations Lead

We need a magnetic community builder to make Lovable the heart of AI engineering in Europe. You'll turn influential builders into ambassadors and build a movement through epic hackathons and events. Must be a natural connector who can spark technical communities into action and scale excitement across ecosystems.

What we're looking for

• You're a systems-obsessed generalist who loves turning chaos into clockwork
• You've built operational machines that actually scaled without breaking
• You can juggle finance, legal, and HR while thinking 10 steps ahead
• You're the person who automates their own job before anyone asks
• You know how to build infrastructure that scales 1000x from day one

Your responsibilities

• Turn our operations backbone into an AI-powered ops engine that runs while we sleep (and runs so well that human intervention feels like a bug)
• Own everything from accounting, invoicing, financial planning, legal & contracting infra, employee onboarding, compensation, and benefits
• Future-proof our ops so growth never breaks what you build (regardless of how suddenly it happens)
