Customer Success Engineer

You'll build systems that analyze customer feedback, implement fixes, and turn support data into product improvements. If you can't code solutions while deeply understanding customer needs, this isn't for you.

What we're looking for

  • You're a technical empath who can translate customer pain into actionable solutions
  • You can build systems that surface insights from customer feedback and product usage data
  • You're fluent in AI and understand the unique challenges of AI-powered products
  • You're comfortable diving into unfamiliar code to fix customer-facing issues
  • You thrive in ambiguity and can prioritize work that delivers maximum customer impact
  • You're passionate about creating products people actually love to use

Your responsibilities

  • Design and build systems that evaluate and handle customer support requests efficiently
  • Create data pipelines that transform customer feedback into actionable insights for our dev team
  • Analyze AI chat history and product usage patterns to proactively identify issues
  • Implement fixes and improvements based on customer feedback and data analysis
  • Bridge the gap between customer needs and technical solutions
