What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience building and growing products with high-performing teams

• Skilled at designing, measuring, and iterating experiments based on evidence

• Thorough and detail-oriented in setting up growth systems “right” from the start

• Strong product sense with ability to frame problems, prioritize bets, and push the right ones forward

• Motivated by technology that makes a difference and by seeing impact through measurable results

What you’ll do

In one sentence: Build the systems that make Lovable sticky and self-growing, by turning first-time users into long-term, paying, and returning fans.

• Ship and iterate onboarding, activation, and reactivation experiences that create fast, repeatable value.

• Design and build product-led traffic and growth loops such as referrals, shareable moments, and badge loops.

• Run A/B tests on flows, funnels, and loops to find and scale what works.

• Build and maintain pricing and plans, from entitlements and paywalls to billing integration.

• Instrument the product with analytics events, funnels, and experiments so the team can make clear decisions from data.

• Keep the product experience relentlessly Lovable while making growth the engine, not the afterthought.
