As a Marketing Manager you report directly to our founder and CEO and play an essential role in executing and optimizing our marketing strategies. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content that is tailored to the needs of our target audience and ensure that our content is consistent across all marketing channels. You'll execute campaigns, analyze market trends, drive customer engagement, and ultimately build our brand. As part of our experienced, cross-functional team, your tasks would include:

  • Content Marketing Strategy: Conception, planning, and implementation of our content marketing strategy with regard to increasing conversion and retention rates with our target audience.
  • Content Creation: Creating editorial content for our websites, marketing campaigns, landing pages, Social Media, blog, and newsletter.
  • Channel Development: Develop and test new marketing channels and audiences against our business targets and brand guidelines.
  • Campaign Execution: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns. Optimize them according to business goals, and monitor important KPIs.
  • Tool Proficiency: You are familiar with content creation and management tools such as Canva and Webflow; first experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus.
  • Independent working style: As the first person on the Marketing team, you’ll be required to work independently and manage your own projects.
