As we continue to scale in Mexico, we're looking for a Business Developer who’s ready to make an impact across both of Marco’s core business lines:

🌐 Trade Services (U.S. entity setup, global accounts, accounting)

💰 Financing Solutions (factoring and working capital lines)

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in B2B sales, has a strong background in financial services or fintech, and is excited about building something big.

What You’ll Be Doing:

📈 Grow the Business

Through outbound prospecting and networking, you’ll bring new clients to Marco’s platform — companies ready to expand into the U.S. and needing either capital, a U.S. entity, or a better banking setup.

🧲 Own Inbound Leads

You'll manage inbound leads across both verticals, qualifying them and converting interest into closed revenue with outstanding service and follow-up.

🤝 Drive Strategic Partnerships

You’ll identify and build alliances with key players — from consultants and brokers to logistics and legal firms — that can refer quality leads for both financing and trade services.

📊 Maximize Client Value

Develop and nurture long-term client relationships. Help them grow, and as they grow, grow their usage of Marco’s services — from financing more invoices to adding additional trade services.

🧠 Be a Problem-Solver

Our clients face complex cross-border challenges. Your job? Help them navigate these waters, unlocking solutions and showcasing how Marco simplifies international operations.

🤝 Collaborate Across Teams

You’ll work side by side with Marketing, Product, Credit, and Customer Success to ensure a seamless, scalable, and high-impact experience for every client.

📅 Stay On Top of the Game

Use tools like CRMs and your own time management skills to stay organized, track your pipeline, and hit your revenue targets.

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Have Experience

3+ years in fintech, banking, or financial services (factoring experience = huge plus!)

✅ Proven success in outbound B2B sales

✅ Strong account management and relationship-building skills

✅ Fluency in English (bonus points for being fully bilingual!)

✅ Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

✅ Existing network or prospect database is a big win
