Match Made is a software company based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Our software automates the reconciliation process for enterprises by performing tasks such as data aggregation, data transformation, table consolidation/separation, match finding, and data parsing. Our tool is fully customizable and used by various functions in organizations, such as finance, IT, operations, and supply chain. We provide solutions for popular use-cases like multi-payment channel reconciliation, automating transaction posting to ERP systems, multi-database reconciliation, and transaction splitting. Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Delivery Executive. The Client Delivery Executive will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks of delivering our software solutions to clients. This includes managing projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of service delivery. Your day-to-day task will include:

  • Align with sales team to understand the clients requirements
  • Draft and write the scope of delivery based on clients requirements
  • Liaise and setting up account for client onboarding
  • Lead the data handover process with clients
  • Liaise with data modeller for clients reconciliation rules and sequences
  • Onboard and train clients

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3 Years of experience in Software Implementation or Onboarding
  • Strong understanding in ERP, Data Warehouse, or Data Management
  • Ability in writing a concise and technical document
  • intermediary-level in SQL
  • Strong communication skills and adaptability in interacting with people at various levels.

Good to Have

  • Previous experience in system integrator / software house
  • Knowledge of financial reconciliation processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP, Odoo, Oracle, Xero)
  • Understanding of database management and data reconciliation
  • Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions
