Role Description
We are looking for an Account Executive to manage prospective client accounts and guide them through the engagement process until the agreement is signed. This role focuses on stakeholder alignment, deal orchestration, and ensuring a smooth process from initial discussion to final agreement. You will act as the key coordinator between clients and internal teams to drive closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage prospective clients through the full engagement process
- Coordinate internal stakeholders
- Align scope, timelines, and requirements
- Anticipate risks and resolve bottlenecks during negotiation & preparation
- Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the process
- Ensure all requirements are completed before agreement signing
Requirement:
- 1–2 years of working experience in creative agency as Account Executive / Account Management for handling clients
- Experience managing client discussions and coordination
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Comfortable navigating structured processes and multiple approvals
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong ownership mindset
