About Role:

We are seeking a visionary and dynamic cofounder to co-lead our growth and development. This role is pivotal in defining the strategic direction, building a robust operational foundation, and driving our mission to disrupt the femtech industry. You will be at the forefront of establishing a culture of excellence, innovation, and inclusivity, while overseeing all facets of the business from product development to go-to-market strategies.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead business development and sales strategy for Misala’s women’s health products across key African markets
  • Build and manage relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, government buyers, NGOs, and healthcare providers
  • Identify market gaps, customer needs, and distribution bottlenecks—then turn insights into sales strategy
  • Drive early product adoption through field visits, pilot programs, and direct engagement with medical professionals
  • Negotiate pricing, procurement, and partnership agreements that balance scale and impact
  • Work closely with product and regulatory teams to ensure commercial strategy aligns with scientific development
  • Represent Misala at medical conferences, public health forums, and investor meetings to build brand visibility and trust
  • Set and track revenue goals, KPIs, and sales pipeline, ensuring commercial activities fuel long-term growth

What You Bring

  • Medical, pharmacy, or biomedical science background (MD, PharmD, MSc, or similar)
  • 5+ years experience in pharma, biotech, or medtech operations, sales, or regulatory affairs
  • Knowledge of women’s health products or interventions
  • Entrepreneurial spirit—bias toward action, experimentation, and resilience
  • Bonus: experience working in or with African health systems, regulators
