At MyRobin (a Betterplace sister concern), we seek an experienced strategic Account Executive to join our enterprise sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience handling end-to-end enterprise sales for B2B SaaS products (preferably in the HR-tech domain) & Strategic Account Management. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic accounts by developing and executing account plans, identifying and prioritizing customer needs, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

  • Professional degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Strategic Account Management for SaaS sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing strategic accounts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software

What you'll do

● Develop and execute account plans for strategic accounts to achieve sales targets

● Identify and prioritize customer needs to provide customized solutions

● Identify and engage prospective clients through proactive prospecting, market research, and networking.

● Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire new accounts.

● Build a strong pipeline of potential customers and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

● Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to become a trusted advisor

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer success

● Ensure customer satisfaction by managing expectations and resolving issues

● Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities

● Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations

What you'll learn

● Get a deep-rooted understanding of the blue-collar industry, roles, ground realities, expectations and challenges.

● Get a good understanding of campaign management & related tools such as digital marketing, tech-tools which have been custom built for this purpose.

● Solid exposure in client and stakeholder management – sales, tech, ops etc.

● Ability to solve problems at speed in an ambiguous and ever-changing landscape and multitask like nobody’s business.
