ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are hiring a Courier Operations Specialist (Planner of Courier & Daily Worker) responsible for managing courier and daily worker (DW) operations, including scheduling, payroll reporting, and fraud deduction claims. Duties include ensuring compliance with government regulations, overseeing BPJS (Insurance), PR, and OA systems, supporting package volume forecasting, and managing workflows using the WFM-MyNakama system.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum bachelor’s degree (Fresh graduates are welcome)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google tools

- Good understanding of recruitment and payroll processes is a plus

- Experience in similar role is a plus
