Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates for Promotor positions and other assigned projects.
  • Input, maintain, and manage candidate databases accurately according to project requirements.
  • Provide socialization and guidance to candidates/project partners regarding rules, workflows, and policies to minimize the risk of attrition and dropouts.
  • Create recruitment materials (job vacancy posters) and distribute them across designated platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding recruitment progress and project manpower needs.


Qualifications:

  • Final-year students or fresh graduates from Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other relevant majors
  • Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable working with data.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working with targets.
