Responsibilities:
- Conduct sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates for Promotor positions and other assigned projects.
- Input, maintain, and manage candidate databases accurately according to project requirements.
- Provide socialization and guidance to candidates/project partners regarding rules, workflows, and policies to minimize the risk of attrition and dropouts.
- Create recruitment materials (job vacancy posters) and distribute them across designated platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding recruitment progress and project manpower needs.
- Final-year students or fresh graduates from Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other relevant majors
- Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable working with data.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working with targets.
