Job Responsibilities
- Conduct operational audits for FM, LM, and SOC based on established audit checklists and standards.
- Evaluate compliance with operational procedures, policies, and company requirements.
- Identify operational gaps, non-compliance issues, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare audit reports, summarize findings, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Follow up on audit findings and monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely closure of audit issues.
- Maintain audit documentation and records in an organized manner.
- Support the development, review, and enhancement of audit checklists and audit processes.
- Assist in special audits, investigations, and operational assessments as required.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Operations, Auditing, Logistics, Warehousing, or a related function.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willing to travel to operational sites when required.
