Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct operational audits for FM, LM, and SOC based on established audit checklists and standards.
  • Evaluate compliance with operational procedures, policies, and company requirements.
  • Identify operational gaps, non-compliance issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare audit reports, summarize findings, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Follow up on audit findings and monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely closure of audit issues.
  • Maintain audit documentation and records in an organized manner.
  • Support the development, review, and enhancement of audit checklists and audit processes.
  • Assist in special audits, investigations, and operational assessments as required.
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Operations, Auditing, Logistics, Warehousing, or a related function.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willing to travel to operational sites when required.
