Role Description The Field Collection role is a contract, on-site position based in Tangerang. The individual in this role will visit customers or clients to collect outstanding payments, verify payment information, and issue receipts in accordance with company policies. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records of collections, updating account status, and reporting field activities to the supervisor. The role also involves explaining payment terms, addressing customer questions, and escalating complex cases to the relevant team when necessary. The field collector will work closely with finance and customer service teams to ensure timely and secure cash collection.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills, including experience handling overdue accounts and managing payment settlements.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to interact with customers, explain payment obligations, and resolve basic concerns.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, demonstrating respect, empathy, and an ability to maintain positive relationships during collection activities.
• Candidates should possess a basic understanding of Finance principles related to billing, invoices, and account reconciliation.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include prior fieldwork experience, familiarity with local Tangerang areas, ability to work with mobile apps for reporting, and strong attention to detail.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a vocational or higher education background in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in the field, meet collection targets, and adhere to ethical and legal collection practices.
