Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia for a Staffing Sales Manager. The Staffing Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales activities, developing and executing strategic sales plans, forecasting sales targets, evaluating market trends, and managing customer relationships. The Staffing Sales Manager will also work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that the company's vision and values align with the sales strategy.

Qualifications

• At least have been a Sales manager, preferably in the Staffing or Outsourcing industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building customer relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop and execute sales plans
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
