OKR for the position:
Overall P&L for City including but not limited to:
○ Supply Onboarding & Availability (# Drivers, %Available, %Acceptance etc)
○ Customer Experience (Ratings, Escalations, Issue Resolution etc)
○ Customer Retention (Both Driver & Rider)
Scope of the role:
○ City Operations (E.g. Driver onboarding, engagement, training, improving availability etc)
○ Central Operations (Eg. Call center, Ops product enhancements etc)
○ New City Launch (Stakeholder alignment, Initial supply & demand onboarding etc)
○ Customer Experience (Both Driver & Rider)

Namma Yatri is an ecosystem initiative by Juspay. Namma Yatri is India’s first open mobility ride hailing app built on open protocols and 100% open-sourced. It is a community-first ride hailing app to make city transportation efficient, affordable, safe and sustainable. Its USPs are:
