Role Description -
As the International Launch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in Namma Yatri's global expansion journey. From identifying new markets to launching and scaling operations, you’ll work closely with local communities, government bodies, and partners to build our brand presence and scale our impact. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and owning the growth of the business in new regions, driving both rides and revenue.
Key Responsibilities -
- Community & Government Collaboration: Work with local communities, government officials, and stakeholders to develop and implement effective launch strategies that align with local needs and regulations. Build strong relationships that foster long-term partnerships
- Supply & Demand Strategy: Collaborate with local teams to create a balanced supply and demand strategy, ensuring the availability of drivers while meeting the mobility needs of customers. Implement innovative initiatives to scale both sides of the platform efficiently
- Tech Integration & Training: Understand the platform’s technology and work closely with local teams to drive the training process for local stakeholders, including drivers, fleet owners, and government entities. Ensure they’re well-equipped to use the platform’s features, maximizing engagement and performance
- End-to-End Launch Management: Lead the full cycle of market launches, from pre-launch research to execution and scale. Manage all aspects of the launch process, ensuring timely execution and seamless integration into local ecosystems
- Business Ownership: Own the overall accountability for business growth in the new market. This includes monitoring performance, tracking rides, revenue, and customer satisfaction, and taking proactive measures to ensure sustained growth and success
- Scale Operations: Once launched, work with cross-functional teams to scale the business in the new region, expanding the driver base, increasing ridership, and maximizing revenue potential

Qualifications -
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in international market expansion, operations, or community management (preferably in tech, mobility, or startup environments)
- Proven track record of scaling operations in new regions or countries
