Role Description -

We are looking to hire a Business Operations Manager to drive growth and run the driver/supply operations in Mumbai. This role will focus on increasing driver supply, building relationships with auto and cab unions, and working with local stakeholders to scale operations efficiently.

Location - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities -

  • City Operations (E.g. Driver onboarding, engagement, training, improving availability etc)
  • Central Operations (Eg. Call center, Ops product enhancements etc)
  • New City Launch (Stakeholder alignment, Initial supply & demand onboarding etc)
  • Customer Experience (Both Driver & Rider)
  • Supply Onboarding & Availability (#Drivers, %Available, %Acceptance etc)
  • Customer Experience (Ratings, Escalations, Issue Resolution etc)
  • Customer Retention (Both Driver & Rider)

Required skills and qualifications -

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or related field
  • Strong proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Must be able to communicate effectively in Marathi and preferably be based in Maharashtra.
  • Two or more years of proven experience in mobility
  • Two or more years of proven success in an operations management role
  • Strong skills in budget development and oversight
  • Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
  • Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes

Other Preference -

  • Willingness to travel to different parts of Maharashtra.
