About the Company
Namma Yatri, powered by Moving Tech Innovations Pvt Ltd, is India’s largest community-driven, zero-commission ride-hailing movement, empowering drivers and delivering affordable, reliable rides for millions of customers.
With 6 lakh+ drivers, 1.3 crore customers, and over 11 crore rides completed, Namma Yatri is not just an app – it is a movement to make mobility open, fair, and transparent. Our zero-commission model ensures that drivers retain 100% of their earnings, while customers enjoy affordable, reliable, and trusted rides.
By working hand-in-hand with governments, cooperatives, and local communities, we are shaping the future of mobility in India – one that is sustainable, inclusive, and community-driven. Namma Yatri has disrupted the ride-hailing industry by pioneering a driver-first approach and introducing a Mobility-as-a-Software (MaaS) model. Through a fixed subscription fee for drivers, direct driver-to-driver payments, and complete transparency, the platform created an ecosystem where drivers are true entrepreneurs. This model has been highly appreciated by driver communities and is now being emulated by other incumbents, revitalizing an industry that had remained stagnant for decades.
Continuing this spirit of innovation, Namma Yatri recently launched “Namma Transit” – a
groundbreaking in-app feature that integrates Bengaluru’s metro, auto-rickshaws, and cabs into a real-time navigation platform. Acting as a personal transit assistant, Namma Transit provides door-to-door multimodal journey planning, step-by-step guidance, and real-time alerts, making public transport smoother, faster, and more efficient for commuters. This marks a major step forward in advancing sustainable urban mobility by promoting seamless integration between public transport and shared mobility.
