About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Copywriter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable owning communication end-to-end.

This is a high-ownership role responsible for shaping communication across multiple mobility platforms used by millions of riders and drivers across India. The role requires someone who can write for mass-market audiences and create communication in both English and Hindi, depending on the platform and audience.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working at the intersection of copywriting, growth

marketing, and lifecycle communication, creating messaging that drives acquisition, engagement, and retention.

In essence, we are looking for someone who can move fast, simplify complex ideas, and produce

high-quality copy across multiple digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end copy across digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and communication hygiene.

- Write high-converting performance marketing copies (ads, landing pages, campaign messaging).

- Manage CRM and lifecycle communication (push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp) to drive engagement and retention.

- Create in-app messaging, banner copies, and product communication.

- Write communication for both riders and drivers, including onboarding, incentives, and program announcements.

- Collaborate with design, product, and growth teams to deliver communication quickly and effectively.

- Maintain a structured content calendar and share weekly performance reports, track metrics and support manual calculations

Eligibility Criteria

● Minimum 2 years of experience in copywriting (B2C/FMCG preferred).

● Strong understanding of growth content and performance marketing.

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

● Willing to stretch beyond traditional copywriting scope.

● Open to travel once a month (if required).

● Hindi proficiency is mandatory (written and spoken).

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

- Experience working on CRM / lifecycle marketing campaigns

- Familiarity with growth funnels and A/B testing

- Ability to interpret campaign metrics and derive messaging insights

- Experience working with product-led or app-based platforms
