Moving Tech (Namma Yatri) is an open-mobility infrastructure company—think of us as the AWS/Google Cloud for mobility. We enable communities, cooperatives, and governments to launch their own mobility apps on the Beckn Protocol and the ONDC network, with zero commission for drivers and utility pricing for riders.

Role summary

Own growth across government and public-sector mobility opportunities for Moving Tech. Drive partnerships and business with state governments, city transport bodies, STUs, metro/public transport agencies, Municipalities, PSUs, and ecosystem partners. Lead the full cycle from relationship building and opportunity shaping to proposal, commercial tender closure, and launch readiness.

Key responsibilities

● Build and own a strong pipeline across government departments, public transport, and mobility accounts for enabling transportation and mobility projects

● Develop relationships with key decision-makers across ministries, transport departments, STUs, municipalities, metro bodies, smart city/SPVs, and public-sector partners

● Identify and shape opportunities across ride-hailing, public transport digitization, multimodal mobility, EV/public mobility, parking digitisation, smart city, city planning and mobility infrastructure

● Lead RFPs, proposals, commercial structuring, negotiations, and closures

● Work closely with product, ops, legal, and leadership teams to tailor solutions and ensure successful rollout

● Represent Moving Tech in senior stakeholder meetings, industry forums, and policy/transport ecosystem discussions

● Track market moves, tenders, policy shifts, and partnerships relevant to open mobility and public transport

What we’re looking for

● 8+ years in government business, business development, or strategic partnerships

● Strong experience in mobility, transport, public sector tech, EV, infrastructure, smart city, SaaS, or adjacent sectors

● Strong network in Delhi and with public-sector stakeholders

● Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals

● Strong commercial, negotiation, and account-management skills

● Comfortable operating across strategy and execution

● Strong in analytical and problem solving skillsets.

Good to have

● Experience working with transport departments, STUs, metro agencies, or public mobility programs

● Exposure to PPP, tenders, policy-led sales, or B2G enterprise deals

● Familiarity with urban mobility, EV/public transport, or digital public infrastructure themes
