Role Overview

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant to own and strengthen financial operations in a fast-paced startup environment. The role requires a hands-on approach across accounting, compliance, and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage end-to-end accounting operations (GL, AP/AR, reconciliations)

● Ensure timely financial closures

● Handle statutory compliance: GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings

● Manage audits and prepare MIS reports

● Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

● Monitor cash flow and optimize costs

● Build financial controls and automation processes

● Support investor reporting and due diligence

Requirements

● Qualified Chartered Accountant

● 1–2 years of relevant experience

● Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation

● Experience in audits and financial reporting

● Proficiency in accounting tools (Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks)

● Strong analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

● Startup or high-growth experience

● Familiarity with ERP/Zoho systems
