Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to drive our sales initiatives focused on the Australian events market, specifically within the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sector. This full-time role is suited for a candidate who is deeply passionate about sustainability and possesses a strong track record in sales and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Drive growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the MICE sector. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to broaden our client base and increase market share.
  • Client Relationships: Establish and maintain robust relationships with key players in the MICE industry. Understand client needs and deliver customised, sustainable event solutions that align with NatureBoss's mission.
  • Market Expertise: Conduct thorough market analysis to capture emerging trends and opportunities within the Australian events sector. Utilise insights to enhance sales tactics and product offerings.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with NatureBoss's leadership, including the CEO and COO, to align sales strategies with overall business goals. Ensure seamless execution of events that meet our sustainability standards.
  • Performance Reporting: Regularly report on sales outcomes, market conditions, and client feedback. Utilise data to refine strategies and contribute to the continuous improvement of NatureBoss.


  • Extensive experience in sales management, preferably within the events or hospitality industries, and specifically in the MICE sector.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and business development with demonstrable results.
  • Established network within the Australian MICE industry.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly practices.
