Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data entered in SalesForce database
  • May generate and reconcile a variety of reports for the Project Management team
  • Communicate with site coordinator regarding any missing clinical information, data requests or collection issues
  • Communicate with Project Management, and any issues or concerns with locating or providing certain portions of clinical information
  • Monitor case queue for incoming data and cases that require action
  • Monitor WorkFlow Case Queues for data follow up and cases that require action
  • Timely follow up with site coordinаtor on outstanding data components
  • Respect the privacy of the personal information of patients, co-workers, and all individuals with whom the Company interacts
  • Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to the Company and its operations
  • Translation of medical documentation from Bulgarian
  • Transferring data from lab protocols to excel spreadsheets

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a major in life sciences highly desirable; or 1-3 years work experience, with previous biotech or medical experience preferred
  • Familiarity with medical terminology preferred
  • Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with Excel
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
