Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales Engineer based in Lisbon. The Sales Engineer will act as a technical point of contact for prospective and current clients, collaborate with Sales and Product teams to provide tailored solutions, and deliver product demonstrations. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical challenges, offering technical consultancy, and ensuring smooth post-sale integration of Noxus solutions into client systems. This role plays a crucial part in bridging the gap between technical capabilities and client needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, including assessing technical requirements and implementing solutions.
  • Excellent Sales and Customer Service skills to effectively support client interactions, build relationships, and address customer challenges.
  • Exceptional Communication skills to convey technical concepts in an accessible way and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and supporting complex system integrations or workflows.
  • Familiarity with AI, enterprise software, or related industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and support hybrid work requirements between the office and remote environments.
