The role
We are hiring a Head of AI Strategy to lead the strategic and technical advisory function at the centre of our enterprise sales motion.
You will work with Account Executives, founders, Product, and Delivery to help senior customers identify where AI can materially transform their operations, build the business case for change, and define a credible path from strategy to production.
This is a senior, client-facing role with direct commercial responsibility. You will shape complex sales cycles, lead executive discovery, develop transformation strategies, and help convert broad AI ambitions into specific process opportunities and enterprise deployments.
You will also build the AI Strategy function as Noxus scales, including its team, methodology, sales playbooks, certification programme, platform documentation, and customer and partner enablement.
The role is suited to a senior consulting, enterprise technology, AI transformation, or solutions strategy leader who combines commercial judgement, technical depth, and the ability to advise executive stakeholders.
What you will do
- Lead the AI Strategy function and build the team, operating model, methodologies, and standards required to scale
- Partner with Account Executives on strategic enterprise opportunities, from initial qualification and discovery through business case development, solution design, and commercial close
- Advise COOs, CIOs, transformation leaders, AI leaders, and risk executives on how to redesign complex operations with AI
- Lead executive workshops, process assessments, value discovery, and future-state operating model design
- Translate operational challenges into prioritised use cases, transformation roadmaps, ROI models, and technically credible deployment plans
- Develop strong commercial and technical narratives that differentiate Noxus from process mining, RPA, workflow platforms, agent builders, BPOs, and internal AI programmes
- Work with Product and Delivery to shape solutions across AI agents, orchestration, integrations, data flows, controls, security, and deployment architecture
- Build and own Noxus’ certification programme, platform documentation, solution methodology, and enablement materials for customers, partners, and internal teams
- Improve sales effectiveness through deal coaching, discovery frameworks, executive materials, objection handling, and repeatable solution plays
- Bring market and customer insight back into product strategy, positioning, partnerships, and go-to-market planning
What we are looking for
- 8 to 12+ years of experience across management consulting, enterprise technology, AI transformation, solutions strategy, value engineering, or complex software sales
- Significant experience supporting and progressing large enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, long evaluation processes, and complex procurement
- A strong track record of working directly with senior executives and influencing strategic technology or transformation decisions
- Experience developing business cases, transformation roadmaps, operating models, and executive-level recommendations
- Strong commercial judgement, including the ability to qualify opportunities, shape deal strategy, build consensus, and support negotiation and close
- Deep understanding of AI, automation, enterprise software, data architecture, integrations, orchestration, security, and deployment models
- Ability to understand a complex technical platform and communicate its capabilities, constraints, and trade-offs to both business and technical audiences
- Experience building or leading high-performing consulting, strategy, solutions, or customer-facing technical teams
- Strong workshop facilitation, executive communication, and written communication skills
- High ownership, sound judgement, and comfort operating in an early-stage environment
Experience in financial services, insurance, lending, payments, manufacturing, utilities, government, process mining, workflow automation, or enterprise AI would be particularly relevant.
