About the RoleWe are building a new way to deliver sourcing advisory: Agentic AI carrying the process, experts carrying the judgement. We're growing our advisor team and are looking for a Principal in IT & Digital Sourcing, based in Helsinki. Our proprietary AI platform does much of the labour-intensive work that today falls on both the advisor and the client - market scans, requirements development, RFP creation, response analysis and evaluation - freeing the advisor and the client to focus on the work that actually determines the outcome: sourcing strategy, stakeholder alignment, priorities, risk allocation, and negotiation. We're a two-year-old startup with ambitious goals. The platform is live, built in-house, and designed to become the leading AI-native toolkit for complex sourcing. What You Will Do- Own complex, transformative IT and digital sourcing engagements end to end- Lead sourcing strategy, stakeholder alignment, priorities, risk allocation, and negotiation- Work with leading AI tools as part of sourcing delivery- Work closely with the product team to continuously shape the platform around the needs of experienced sourcing professionals Qualifications- 10+ years in sourcing, IT procurement, or digital category management- Credibility with CIOs and senior stakeholders- Genuine willingness to help build a new AI-powered model for sourcing advisory Benefits- Join a 12-person team where early hires shape both the firm and the platform- Work at the intersection of senior sourcing expertise and AI-native delivery
