About the role
Closing the deal is only the start. As Accounts Manager, you’ll own the ongoing relationship with our enterprise customers — driving adoption of the platform, managing renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, and making sure every customer gets measurable value from Obiguard’s governance layer. This is a forward-deployed role — you may be deployed on-site at client offices for stretches of up to three weeks at a time for business reviews, renewals, and expansion conversations.
What you'll do
- Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts post-sale — from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
- Build and execute account plans that drive adoption of Obiguard’s inspection, policy, and audit features.
- Run regular business reviews with customer stakeholders, translating usage data into concrete value narratives.
- Identify and lead expansion and upsell conversations in partnership with sales.
- Serve as the customer’s advocate internally — routing feedback to product and engineering.
- Forecast and manage renewal risk, proactively addressing churn signals before they become losses.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in account management, customer success, or enterprise sales — ideally at a B2B SaaS or security company.
- Track record of managing renewal and expansion revenue against quota.
- Comfortable speaking to both technical (security/platform) and business stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills — you can manage a multi-account portfolio without dropping the ball.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Comfortable with extended client-site deployments — this is a forward-deployed role, with on-site stints of up to three weeks at a time during active engagements.
Nice to have
- Experience managing accounts in security, compliance, or infrastructure software.
- Familiarity with enterprise procurement and security review processes.
- Existing network within security, risk, or platform engineering teams in APAC.
