Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Executive to support the finance and accounting operations of the organization. The role involves managing financial records, assisting with compliance, handling vendor payments, and supporting monthly financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a good understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
• Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payments in a timely manner.
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
• Support payroll processing and statutory compliance such as TDS, PF, ESI, and GST filings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation for financial transactions.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking.
• Prepare and maintain financial documentation for audits and compliance requirements.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely collections and payments.
• Ensure adherence to company financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Experience with accounting software i.e. Zoho Books, Tally etc. and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with payroll and statutory compliance.
• Familiarity with financial tools or ERP systems.
• Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports.
