Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of QA processes, hands-on experience with bug tracking tools, and a passion for delivering high-quality software. Exposure to automation, especially leveraging AI-driven testing tools, is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand product requirements and create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Perform manual testing of web/mobile applications to ensure product quality
• Identify, report, and track bugs using tools like Jira
• Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to resolve issues
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA methodologies

Required Skills

• 1-4 years of experience in software testing (manual QA)
• Strong understanding of QA lifecycle, STLC, and defect management
• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar bug tracking tools
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Good to Have

• Basic knowledge of test automation frameworks
• Exposure to AI-based testing tools or automation using
