The Role

This is a genuine 0-to-1 opportunity. As our Entrepreneurial Product & Growth Manager, you'll be responsible for taking our SaaS platform from concept to initial launch and beyond. This isn't just about delivering features—it's about deeply understanding user needs, rapidly testing hypotheses, and relentlessly iterating based on what you learn.

What You’ll Do

• Drive product strategy, rapidly validating ideas with wireframes, mockups, or low/no-code prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with our design lead, engineering, and data science teams to translate concepts into reality.
• Own growth experiments, setting and tracking key metrics to ensure we’re moving quickly toward product-market fit.
• Communicate insights clearly to the CEO and stakeholders, influencing company direction with your findings.

Who You Are

You’re probably a little impatient to move quickly and get results. You love building things, even if they're scrappy at first. You're highly analytical, but you also trust your intuition when data is limited. You've either done something entrepreneurial before, or you're early in your career and craving responsibility and rapid growth.

• Prototyping Skills: Comfortable creating wireframes, mockups, or basic no-code MVPs to test ideas quickly.
• Communication: You clearly articulate ideas, findings, and trade-offs to diverse stakeholders, including directly to the CEO.

Bonus points (not essential but helpful):

• Experience in renewable energy, solar, or related industries.
• Prior startup or entrepreneurial experience.
