The core thesis here is that demographic-focused digital clinics can leverage a shared technology and services platform to provide a differentiated and comprehensive care experience for patients seeking care for a wide variety of conditions.

ORA has built 3 brands across 3 markets in less than 2 years and we’re ready to accelerate our growth. What has traditionally been a continuous improvement stream instead of BAU now needs to be developed into something more scalable, more sustainable and more structured.

Being practically unconstrained in the opportunities we can go after is core to ORA’ nature. While this is a great position to be in when everything is possible, prioritisation can become extremely challenging. Time is our most scarce resource and optionality is our biggest distraction. We need a sophisticated mechanism for identifying and evaluating new opportunities and then ruthlessly prioritizing them for execution.

The Role

We're looking for a Marketplace Specialist to join our Marketing Team, bringing a blend of ecommerce expertise, strategic thinking, and a unique perspective. This role offers the autonomy to shape our marketplace endeavours and drive pivotal decisions based on your insights.

As the Marketplace Specialist, you'll spearhead the management of our company's ecommerce platforms, such as Shopee, Lazada and Zalora and oversee the growth and success of our marketplace portfolio. Operating at both strategic and tactical levels, you'll take charge of marketplace revenue targets, crafting tailored strategies for each platform, and overseeing daily operations, merchandising, promotions, advertising and marketing budgets.


  • Oversee product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, strategic placement, timely additions, and removal of unavailable items.
  • Craft and execute promotional calendars aligned with sales targets, inventory strategies, and product launches.
  • Foster relationships with key account managers and external partners in online marketplaces to unlock growth opportunities.
  • Analyse store data to enhance performance metrics like conversion rates, traffic, and average order value (AOV).
  • Plan and optimise in/off-platforms marketing tactics including SEO, Sponsored Ads, Affiliate Marketing to drive revenue and optimise ROI.
  • Efficiently manage marketing budgets to meet company objectives such as ROI, CAC and CIR.
  • Explore new product categories and marketplaces to expand the company's reach and revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop necessary assets for listing optimization, storefront enhancements, and promotional campaigns.


Qualified candidates must have the following attributes:

  • 3+ years of sales & marketing experience in a high-growth, fast-paced e-commerce environment (CPG or DTC experience preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms like Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, Tiktok Shop. Additional marketplaces are a plus!
  • Intermediate to advanced analytics, digital/e-commerce knowledge.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth through paid search & social media marketing.
  • Financial proficiency in budget management, ROI analysis and budget optimization.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable to change, and proactive in seizing opportunities within a growing and evolving business.
