We have an amazing talented team and we’re looking to add an Human Resources Intern (3-5 months) as part of our People Department to our onsite team in Lahore (Gulberg), Pakistan. RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and corresponding with candidates.
  2. Onboarding Assistance: Help with the onboarding process for new hires, which may include preparing paperwork, setting up orientation sessions, and ensuring new employees have the necessary resources to start their roles.
  3. HR Administration: Support HR administrators with various administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, organizing files, and updating databases.
  4. Employee Relations: Aid in handling employee inquiries, grievances, or concerns by directing them to the appropriate HR personnel and assisting in the resolution process.
  5. Training and Development: Assist in coordinating training sessions or professional development programs for employees. This may involve scheduling sessions, preparing materials, and tracking attendance.
  6. Policy and Procedure Support: Help in ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures by assisting in the creation, distribution, and communication of company policies.
  7. HR Projects: Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, or process improvements.
  8. Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing HR data, such as turnover rates, time and attendance records, or training completion rates, to identify trends or areas for improvement.
  9. Benefits Administration: Support HR staff in administering employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, or wellness initiatives.
  10. Legal Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations by staying informed about changes in legislation and helping to update HR policies accordingly.
  11. Communication: Help in drafting HR communications, such as newsletters, announcements, or memos, to keep employees informed about HR-related matters.
  12. Professional Development: Take advantage of learning opportunities provided during your internship to gain exposure to different aspects of HR, develop new skills, and network with professionals in the field.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Emailing, Managing Tasks, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
  • In Progress or Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
  • Previous Experience in HR or Payroll industry is a plus
  • Ability to speak professional English

  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) at our Gulberg (Lahore) office

🧳 INTERVIEW PROCESS

  • We may ask for a paid one week to one month Validation Period before offering a full internship paid contract
