We have an amazing talented team and we’re looking to add an Associate Product Intern (3-5 months) as part of our Product team to our onsite team in Lahore (Gulberg), Pakistan. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Analyze data from market research reports, user surveys, and other sources to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
- User Feedback Analysis: Assist in collecting and analyzing user feedback through surveys, interviews, and user testing sessions. Summarize findings and help translate them into actionable insights for product improvements.
- Product Planning and Roadmapping: Contribute to product planning sessions and roadmap discussions. Help prioritize features and initiatives based on business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and subject matter experts, to gather requirements for new features or product enhancements. Document requirements and ensure alignment with overall product strategy.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Use design tools like Figma to create wireframes and prototypes of new features. Collaborate with designers and developers to iterate on designs and validate concepts with stakeholders.
- Project Coordination: Assist in project coordination and tracking tasks across cross-functional teams. Help maintain project timelines, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Data Analysis: Learn to use product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to analyze user behavior and product usage metrics. Draw insights from data to inform product decisions and measure the impact of changes.
- Documentation and Communication: Help create and maintain product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and product specifications. Communicate updates and changes to relevant stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Quality Assurance: Assist in testing new features and product releases to ensure they meet quality standards and user expectations. Help identify and report bugs or issues for resolution by the development team.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and customer support to ensure alignment on product goals and priorities. Facilitate communication and information sharing between teams.
- Continuous Learning: Take advantage of learning opportunities provided during your internship to deepen your understanding of product management principles, industry best practices, and relevant tools and technologies.
- Feedback and Iteration: Embrace a mindset of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback from team members and incorporating it into your work. Be open to iterating on ideas and solutions based on feedback and evolving requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, proactive, curious and adaptable
- Take ownership of tasks assigned to you
- In Progress or Completed Bachelor's degree in Tech, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous Experience in HR or Payroll industry is a plus
- Ability to speak professional English
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) at our Gulberg (Lahore) office

🧳 INTERVIEW PROCESS
- We may ask for a paid one week to one month Validation Period before offering a full internship paid contract
