💪 RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifying new business opportunities
  • Nurturing and closing sales
  • Building solid relationships with clients
  • Setting up new accounts & onboarding data

🤔MINIMUM RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with our team
  • Build client relationships
  • Drive sales
  • Managing inbound and outbound leads
  • Manage a CRM
  • Initiate cold calls, effectively showcase our platform/features during demos

🎯REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in software sales (HRMS sector preferred)
  • Ability to work night shifts at our Lahore office (tentatively 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales goals. (strong record of prospect engagement, conversion, relationship building)
  • Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure win-win deals.
  • Experience in the tech industry (especially SaaS solutions) is a plus.
  • Proficient at lead generation and handling both inbound and outbound leads.
  • Understanding of HR practices is beneficial.
  • Fluent in Urdu and English for effective communication.
  • Knowledge of the HR and Payroll management industry preferred.
  • Independent and team player
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
