At Pal, we are laying the groundwork to become the leading provider of digital palliative care in the home setting. We’re starting with an app that brings (chosen) families together to better care for their loved ones and manage their core fundamental needs.

About the role
The internship is a unique opportunity to dig into what it really takes to build a startup from its early days. You will work closely with Pal’s co-founders, Azi and Nara, on multiple creative projects, spanning social media, marketing, communications, content writing and special assignments.
Your responsibilities may include:
planning, curating, and scheduling content across social channels
engaging with followers and building community
monitoring social media metrics, analyzing trends, and adjusting strategies
planning, researching, and writing in-app, website, and blog content
designing e-mail marketing campaigns and managing subscriber lists
creating periodic newsletters with curated updates and stories
leading unique initiatives, from video production to infographics, depending on business needs
using analytics for performance assessment and strategy refinement
ensuring all content aligns with the brand's voice and identity
You must be available for a duration of at least 3 months, and for a minimum of 3 full days per week.

Must-have:

a proactive, can-do, and hands-on attitude
ability to think creatively and strategically about content and its impact
exceptional written and verbal communication skills
solid organizational abilities
the ability to work independently, being detail-oriented and execution-focused
great collaboration skills and ability to work well in teams
a valid European residency
Nice-to-have, but not a must:
experience in communications, social media, marketing, content writing, or related topics
any previous internships in similar fields
entrepreneurial mindset
excellent sense of humor or, alternatively, exceptional acting skills
