We are looking for a (Senior) Account Manager passionate about pets to join our fast-growing team!
The ideal candidate is an independent, highly sociable individual who nurtures relationships amongst our influencer community while managing the demands and expectations of campaigns and clients. This candidate will work closely with the Head of Operations for all campaign execution.

Responsibilities
(a) Social Media Management (2 - 3 client accounts)
- Manage and work closely with the strategist and designer to conceptualize and create content.
- Make sure all content is done timely and accurately, and schedule for posting via FB business suite.
- Client Account Leadership, including managing client relationships on a day-to-day basis.
(b) Influencer Marketing / Campaign Operations (SG - MY - USA)
- Client Account Leadership, including managing client relationships on a day-to-day basis.
- Comms strategy, consulting, innovative thinking, and flawless execution of campaigns.
- Understand and adopt new techniques and technologies relevant to clients’ campaign strategies.
- Provide and discuss industry information on social media, markets, and related dynamics.
- Manage day-to-day expectations of clients and deliverables under extremely tight timelines.
- Recruit and manage the firm's relationship with our community of influencers.
Qualifications
- 6 - 8 years experience in agency, start-up, or working with influencers.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and PR skills.
- Have to be detail-oriented and organized.
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
- Strong preference for pet owners and individuals who can commit to SGT and EST working hours.
