About the role

We're seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to lead our US market campaigns and mentor our growing team. This role requires someone who can think strategically, not just execute tactically. You'll be responsible for turning around underperforming accounts, building scalable growth systems, and establishing our agency as a leader in US paid media.

This isn't a typical "set it and forget it" role - we need someone who proactively identifies problems, develops solutions, and takes ownership of client success.

What you will be doing

a. Strategic Leadership (40%)

  • Develop comprehensive paid media strategies for US market eCommerce brands
  • Create attribution frameworks across multiple channels (website + social platforms)
  • Lead client strategy sessions and present data-driven recommendations
  • Mentor junior team members and establish best practices

b. Campaign Management (35%)

  • Manage monthly ad spend across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Build and optimize complex funnels (awareness → consideration → conversion)
  • Implement advanced attribution tracking using GA4, Amazon Attribution, and custom UTM strategies
  • A/B test creative, audiences, and landing page experiences systematically
  • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability

c. Client Success (25%)

  • Own client relationships and become their trusted growth partner
  • Deliver monthly strategy presentations with actionable insights
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and present solutions
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad content
  • Provide website and funnel optimization recommendations

Must-Have Experience

  • 5+ years paid media with proven ROAS improvements (portfolio required)
  • 3+ years of US market campaigns - understand American consumer behavior
  • Expert-level Meta & Google Ads - not just basic campaign setup
  • Multi-channel attribution experience solving complex tracking challenges
  • eCommerce expertise, including Amazon Advertising
  • Agency background managing multiple accounts simultaneously

Technical Skills Required

  • Advanced Meta Business Manager (CBOs, Advantage+, detailed targeting)
  • Google Ads mastery (Performance Max, broad match, attribution modeling)
  • GA4 & attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar)
  • Amazon DSP & Attribution setup and optimization
  • Creative strategy, collaboration, and performance analysis
